- 1 cupful Seedless raisins

- 1 teaspoonful Royal Extract Almonds

Instructions
- 1Remove very thinly one-third the rind of 1 lemon and 1 orange. Remove the remaining rind with the thick white skin very close to the pulp. Cut each into small dice, removing seeds. Place in a bowl.
- 2Peel, core, and dice 2 sour apples. Add the diced apples to the Wine Sauce. Simmer until tender.
- 3Add 1 cupful seedless raisins, lemon and orange dice, and lemon and orange peel cut into shreds. Boil in very little water to flavor the sauce. When about to serve, add 1 teaspoonful Royal Extract Almonds.
