Mustard and Cress

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Mustard and Cress (Freshly grown or store-bought)
- 2 slices Bread (Your favorite type)
- 1 tablespoon Butter (Softened)
- 1 pinch Salt (To taste)

Instructions
- 1Spread butter evenly on both slices of bread.
- 2If serving alone, dip the mustard and cress in a pinch of salt. If using in a salad, wash and dry the mustard and cress.
- 3If serving alone, eat the salted mustard and cress with the buttered bread. If using in a salad, add the washed and dried mustard and cress to your salad.
