Ingredients
- 1 each Egg white
- 1 tablespoon Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon extract
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1Gather all ingredients. Measure out the egg white, cream, vanilla extract, lemon extract, and powdered sugar.
- 2In a clean bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Gradually add a portion of the powdered sugar, beating until combined.
- 3Add the cream, vanilla extract, and lemon extract to the mixture. Continue beating until well combined.
- 4Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar, beating continuously until the icing is very fluffy and reaches a spreadable consistency. You may need to add a little more sugar to achieve the desired thickness.
