Ingredients

  • 1 each Egg white
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon extract
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Gather all ingredients. Measure out the egg white, cream, vanilla extract, lemon extract, and powdered sugar.
  2. 2In a clean bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Gradually add a portion of the powdered sugar, beating until combined.
  3. 3Add the cream, vanilla extract, and lemon extract to the mixture. Continue beating until well combined.
  4. 4Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar, beating continuously until the icing is very fluffy and reaches a spreadable consistency. You may need to add a little more sugar to achieve the desired thickness.
