Malai pak is a rich dessert made with simple ingredients like milk cream, sugar, and milk. This delightful treat is perfect for any festive occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Home made cream
  • 4 cups Full fat milk
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Rose water

Instructions

  1. 1In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the homemade cream over medium to low flame, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
  2. 2After 20 minutes, the cream will release ghee and turn into golden brown flakes. Strain the ghee into a separate container.
  3. 3Return the leftover mixture to the pan and add the milk. Cook until the mixture thickens into mava.
  4. 4Add sugar to the mixture and continue cooking until the milk reduces and thickens further.
  5. 5Turn off the heat and stir in the cardamom powder and rose water.
  6. 6Serve the Malai Pak warm or cool, according to your preference.
