Malai Pak

Ingredients
- 2 cups Home made cream
- 4 cups Full fat milk
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Rose water
Instructions
- 1In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the homemade cream over medium to low flame, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- 2After 20 minutes, the cream will release ghee and turn into golden brown flakes. Strain the ghee into a separate container.
- 3Return the leftover mixture to the pan and add the milk. Cook until the mixture thickens into mava.
- 4Add sugar to the mixture and continue cooking until the milk reduces and thickens further.
- 5Turn off the heat and stir in the cardamom powder and rose water.
- 6Serve the Malai Pak warm or cool, according to your preference.
