Ingredients
- 230 grams Paneer
- 2 bunches Spinach
- 2 units Onions, finely chopped
- 2 units Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 units Green chillies, finely chopped
- 4 units Garlic cloves
- 2 inch Ginger
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 to taste Salt
- 0.5 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cream (For garnish)

Instructions
- 1Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the spinach leaves and blanch for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain and set aside.
- 2In a pan, melt butter and add cumin seeds. Roast until aromatic. Add onions, green chillies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Allow the mixture to cool, then blend into a smooth paste.
- 3In the same pan, melt additional butter and add the spice powders. Sauté briefly. Add the blended mixture, blanched spinach, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Add paneer cubes, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 4Garnish the palak paneer with fresh cream and serve hot.
