Ingredients
- 1 unit Maggi Masala Noodles
- 0.5 medium Onions (Chopped)
- 1 medium Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 2 units Green Chillies (Slit)
- 0.5 medium Carrot (Chopped)
- 1 handful Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- 1 cup Milk (2% milk)
- 1 cup Water
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1In a vessel, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, carrots, and slit green chillies. Cook until the vegetables are partially tender.
- 2Stir in the turmeric powder and coriander powder. Pour in 1 cup of milk and bring the mixture to a boil again.
- 3Add the Maggi noodles and the accompanying masala to the boiling mixture. Cook until the noodles are tender and the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- 4Garnish the prepared noodles with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
