Instructions
- 1Coat the shishito peppers evenly with olive oil.

- 3Add the peppers to the hot pan. Allow them to cook without stirring until the bottoms are blackened, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- 4Turn the peppers to the other side and continue to roast until the other side is also blackened, about 1-2 minutes.
- 5Remove the peppers from the pan, season with a pinch of salt, and serve immediately.
