Kerala Cocktail Drink
The best summer drink of Kerala that is very yummy!
Ingredients
- 3 units Carrot
- 1 unit Papaya (Medium sized ripe papaya)
- 1 cup Frozen milk
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 1 unit Pomegranate (Medium sized)
- 1 cup Ice cream (Vanilla flavor)
- 0.5 cup Raisins
- 0.5 cup Cashews (Crushed/chopped)
Instructions
- 1Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Cook them in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles. Once done, turn off the heat and allow them to cool.
- 2Peel the ripe papaya and cut it into small pieces.
- 3In a mixer grinder, add the cooked carrots, ripe papaya, frozen milk, sugar, and ice cream. Blend until smooth.
- 4Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl. Add raisins, chopped cashews, and pomegranate. Mix well.
- 5Enjoy the very popular and delicious drink of Malabar!
