- 1 medium Coconut, grated (1 medium size coconut)
- 100 gms Parboiled rice (Regular boiled rice)
- 0 as needed Water (To achieve thin batter consistency)
- 0 to taste Salt
- 0 as needed Ghee (For brushing on dosa)

Instructions
- 1Soak the dosa rice and parboiled rice overnight in ample water.
- 2In the morning, drain the soaked rice and grind it with the grated coconut using a mixer grinder until a fine paste is achieved.
- 3Add water to the batter as needed to achieve a very thin consistency. Season with salt to taste.
- 4Any unused batter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 15 days.
- 5Spread the dosa batter evenly on a hot dosa pan. Brush with ghee to enhance flavor.
