Buttermilk
A simple recipe that can ease menstrual cramps.
Ingredients
- 1 serving Buttermilk (You can make it by mixing curd and water in the ratio of 1:4)
- 1 pinch Hingvashtaka churna (If this is not available simply make use of hing (asfoetida))
- 1 handful Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- 1Using a churner or hand blender, beat the buttermilk rigorously until smooth.
- 2Add a pinch of asfoetida or hingvashtaka churna along with a pinch of salt to the buttermilk. Mix well and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
