Ingredients
- 500 gms Ladies Finger
- 1.5 unit/count Onions
- 2 unit/count Green Chillies
- 1 pinch Asafetida
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 sprig Curry Leaves
Instructions
- 1Thoroughly wash and dry the ladies finger until completely dry. Cut them into small round pieces.
- 2In a flat pan, heat oil and add the cut ladies fingers. Fry until they are almost cooked, then set aside.
- 3In the same pan, add more oil if necessary. Add mustard seeds and allow them to spurt. Then, sauté the chopped onions, slit green chillies, asafetida, salt, and curry leaves for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 4Add the fried ladies fingers back into the pan with the seasoning. Sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
