Ingredients
- 3 units Ripe Kerala bananas
- 5 tablespoons Ghee
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
- 1Steam the ripe Kerala bananas for 10 minutes. Allow them to cool, then peel and set aside.
- 2Heat ghee in a clay cooking pot over medium heat. Slice the steamed bananas into rounds and add them to the pot. Sauté until they begin to brown.
- 3Add sugar to the pot and mix well with the bananas. Continue to sauté until the bananas are well-coated and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
