Instructions
- 1In a pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the dry red chilies and sauté briefly until aromatic. Transfer the chilies to a mixer grinder.
- 2Add the shredded coconut, garlic flakes, and salt to the mixer grinder with the sautéed chilies. Grind the mixture, adding water sparingly, until a coarse paste is formed.
- 3Transfer the ground mixture to a bowl and shape it into a ball. Serve as a side dish.
