Ingredients

  • 200 grams Peanuts (Soaked for 1-2 hours)
  • 5 tablespoons Ketchup (Regular tomato ketchup)
  • 2 units Green chillies
  • 1 unit Tomatoes
  • 1 unit Onions (Chopped)
  • 0.5 unit Capsicum
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 0.25 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black crushed pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Soak 200 grams of peanuts in water for 1-2 hours.
  2. 2In a cookware, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the chopped onion and cook until it softens. Add 2 chopped green chillies and 1/2 chopped capsicum, cooking for 2 minutes. Then, add 1 chopped tomato and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3Add 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder to the mixture. Cook for 2 minutes, then add 5 tablespoons of tomato ketchup and mix well.
  4. 4Add the soaked peanuts to the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with a drink of your choice.
