Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Green bell pepper, finely chopped (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, finely chopped (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Olives, finely chopped (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion juice (Optional)
  • 12 leaves Lettuce leaves (For serving)

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with butter and heavy cream until smooth. Add paprika and mix well.
  2. 2If desired, add either chopped green peppers, chopped almonds, chopped olives, or onion juice to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. 3Roll the mixture into small balls. Serve on lettuce leaves. These cheese balls are also delicious in sandwiches.
