Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 cup Green bell pepper, finely chopped (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Almonds, finely chopped (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Olives, finely chopped (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon Onion juice (Optional)
- 12 leaves Lettuce leaves (For serving)
Instructions
- 1In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with butter and heavy cream until smooth. Add paprika and mix well.
- 2If desired, add either chopped green peppers, chopped almonds, chopped olives, or onion juice to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until evenly distributed.
- 3Roll the mixture into small balls. Serve on lettuce leaves. These cheese balls are also delicious in sandwiches.
