- 1In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes until softened.

- 4Stir in the lemon juice.
- 5Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or a mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until set.
