Instructions
- 1Chop the tongue, veal (or chicken), and celery. Use a little less of the chopped tongue than of the other kind of meat, and one-half as much chopped celery as meat.
- 2Mix the chopped meats and celery with the salad dressing.
- 3Spread one piece of bread with butter, and the other with the meat mixture. Press the sandwiches together.
