Instructions

  1. 1Chop the tongue, veal (or chicken), and celery. Use a little less of the chopped tongue than of the other kind of meat, and one-half as much chopped celery as meat.
  2. 2Mix the chopped meats and celery with the salad dressing.
  3. 3Spread one piece of bread with butter, and the other with the meat mixture. Press the sandwiches together.
