- 1/2 can Canned mushrooms
- 1 cup Fresh mushrooms

- 3Add half a can of mushrooms or 1 cup of fresh mushrooms sautéed in 2 tablespoons of butter. Remove from heat and whisk in the beaten yolks of 2 eggs. Do not let it boil after the yolks of the eggs are added.
