Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1Using a vegetable peeler or knife, remove the outer rind from the cucumbers. Slice the cucumbers thinly.
  2. 2Place the cucumber slices in a bowl of ice water and let them chill for about 10 minutes. This will help them crisp up.
