Beet-and-Cream-Cheese Sandwiches
Simple sandwiches with a classic flavor combination.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Beets, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon French dressing
- 2 slices Bread slices
Instructions
- 1Finely chop the beets. This can be done by hand or in a food processor.
- 2In a small bowl, mix the chopped beets with the French dressing.
- 3Spread one slice of bread with cream cheese. Spread the other slice with the seasoned beets. Combine the slices to make a sandwich.
