Potatoes, Boiled
A simple recipe for boiling potatoes.

Instructions
- 1Pare the potatoes and throw them into cold water.
- 2Put the prepared potatoes into a saucepan, cover with cold water, and add a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil. For smaller potatoes, boil for 18-20 minutes after the water boils. For larger potatoes, boil for 30 minutes. Check several times by throwing in cold water, as slower they are boiled the better.
- 3When done, drain the water and sprinkle a little salt over the potatoes. Put the potatoes at the side of the fire to dry with the lid of the saucepan off. Serve quickly.
