Elk or Venison Steak
A simple recipe for cooking elk or venison steak.
Ingredients
- 1 piece Elk or Venison Steak
- 2 slices Breakfast bacon
- as needed Black pepper
- as needed Salt
Instructions
- 1Beat the elk or venison steak to tenderize it. Have 2 or 3 slices of breakfast bacon ready.
- 2Place the steak on a very hot frying pan. Lay the slices of bacon on top of the steak. When the steak and bacon are browned, flip the steak and continue cooking until done to your taste. Season with pepper and salt.
- 3Serve the steak hot.
