Cream Pie and Oranges

Ingredients
- as needed Oranges
- as needed Granulated Sugar
- 1 coffeecupful Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cupful Powdered Sugar
- 1 tablespoonful All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- as needed Lemon Extract
- 1 crust Pie Crust
Instructions
- 1Cut the oranges into thin slices. Sprinkle sugar over the orange slices. Let them stand for 2 to 3 hours.
- 2In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, flour, and egg. Flavor with lemon extract.
- 3Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pour the cream filling into the prepared pie crust. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the crust is brown and the filling is set.
- 4Serve the cream pie with the prepared orange slices on fruit plates.
