Orange Dessert
This refreshing Orange Dessert is a simple yet elegant treat, perfect for a light after-dinner indulgence. Ingredients
- 2 slices Sponge cake slices
- 2 tablespoons Nut meats, finely chopped
- 1 whole Orange
- 2/3 cup Whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1In a medium bowl, add the vanilla extract and sugar to the whipped cream. Gently fold to combine.
- 2Arrange the sponge cake slices on individual plates. Divide the orange into sections, sprinkle each section with sugar, and place one-fourth of the orange on each cake slice. Pile the whipped cream on top of the orange. Place one tablespoon of the chopped nut meats and the remaining fourth of the orange (cut small) on each portion. Serve immediately.
