- 2 cupfuls Milk curd
- 1 teaspoonful Royal Extract Nutmeg
- 1/2 cupful Cream
- 2 yelks Eggs
- 1 tablespoonful Brandy
- 1 cupful Sugar

Instructions
- 1Put 2 quarts clabbered milk to drain in a fine sieve. Allow to drain until it measures two cupfuls.
- 2Add sugar, brandy, egg yelks, extract, and cream to the milk curd. Mix until smooth.
- 3Use the mixture to fill paté pans lined with the paste. Bake in a quick oven at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes.
