Ingredients
- 1 portion Paste (prepared pastry dough) (Paste is a type of pastry dough. Recipe does not specify the type of paste, so use your preferred pastry dough.)
- 1 cupful Cocoanut (shredded)
- 1 cupful Milk curd
- 1 cupful Heavy cream
- 5 yolks Egg yolks
- 1 cupful Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoonful Rose extract

Instructions
- 1In a thick saucepan, combine the cream, milk curd, egg yolks, sugar, and cocoanut. Place the saucepan over medium heat.
- 2Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove from heat.
- 3Once the mixture has cooled completely, add the rose extract and stir to combine.
- 4Fill paté pans lined with the paste with the coconut mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
