Pork Tenderloin (Three portions)

Ingredients
- 1 pound Pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1Cut the pork tenderloin into approximately 2-inch pieces and flatten them slightly with a meat mallet or the side of a heavy skillet.
- 2Place the flattened pork pieces in a small baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and paprika, then add the water. Cover the dish with foil or a lid and bake in a moderate oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes. Turn the pork pieces halfway through and baste frequently with the pan juices.
- 3Once the pork is cooked, transfer it to a heated platter. Pour the chopped parsley and lemon juice over the top and serve immediately.
