Ingredients

  • 2 medium Sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Pork chops
  • 1/3 cup Water

Instructions

  1. 1Peel the sweet potatoes. Add salt to the bottom of a small roasting pan.
  2. 2Place the sweet potatoes in the bottom of the roasting pan. Wipe the pork chops and place them on top of the potatoes.
  3. 3Place the pan, uncovered, on the top shelf of a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) to brown the chops. Brown on one side, then turn gently and brown on the other. Sprinkle with salt and paprika, and add the water. Cover, and bake for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are done. Baste frequently.
