Ingredients

  • 1 square Unsweetened chocolate square
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, combine the chocolate, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a thin custard forms. This should take about 5 minutes.
  2. 2Gradually add the milk to the chocolate mixture, stirring continuously. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil. This should take about 10 minutes.
