Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cornmeal
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, melted

Instructions
