Step 1
First take a heavy bottom pan and heat the home made cream.....stir it continuously while cooking on a medium to low flame....
Step 2
After 20 minutes we will see it has realised all the ghee and cream turned into golden brown flakes
Step 3
Now strain all the ghee in the separate container and put back the leftover mixture in the pan to cook it again with milk
Step 4
Now add milk in the left over mixture and add sugar now cook it untill all the milk turned into thick mava....
Step 5
Turn off the flame ...add cardamom powder and few drops of rose water.....o
Step 6
Our mouth watering malaipak is ready..
Serve it warm or cool as per your liking..
