Chicken Liver Fry

A flavorful side dish featuring chicken liver cooked with spices and curry leaves, perfect for pairing with rice and curry.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken Liver
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (Liver contains natural salt, so add less)
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Black Crushed Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1Thoroughly wash the chicken liver and place it in a kadai. Add turmeric powder, salt, black crushed pepper, and water. Cook over medium heat until the liver is well-cooked and the liquid has evaporated.
  2. 2Once the liver is cooked and almost dry, add coconut oil and curry leaves. Fry for a few minutes until the liver is well-coated and aromatic. Serve hot.
