Simple and Tasty Chicken Fry
Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 teaspoons Red Chilli Powder
- 1.5 teaspoons Coriander Powder
- 1.5 teaspoons Cumin Powder
- 1.5 teaspoons Black Crushed Pepper
- 1.5 teaspoons Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tablespoon Plain Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
- 500 grams Chicken Breasts
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Leaves (Finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Curry Leaves (Finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons Oil
Instructions
- 1Combine the chicken with turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black crushed pepper, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, plain yogurt, lemon juice, and tomato ketchup. Mix thoroughly to coat the chicken evenly. Set aside for 1 hour to marinate.
- 2Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken, spreading it evenly. Sear the chicken for 5 minutes until browned. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is tender, stirring halfway through.
- 3Remove the lid and add the finely chopped coriander and curry leaves. Stir well and fry on medium heat for an additional 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
