Churmuri is a puffed rice snack popular in India, similar to the North Indian sukha bhel.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Puffed Rice (Get the long-grained puffed rice.)
  • 0.5 cup Carrot (Grated)
  • 1 unit Green Chillies (Finely chopped)
  • 0.5 unit Onions (Finely chopped)
  • 1 unit Tomatoes (Finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 units Peanuts (Roasted)
  • 0.5 bunch Coriander Leaves
