Air Fried Tindora (Well Done)
A simple and delicious side dish featuring tindora, also known as ivy gourd, air-fried to perfection with a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- 200 grams Tindora (ivy gourd) (Ensure the quantity is accurate.)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- 1Combine tindora, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oil, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to ensure the tindora is evenly coated with the spices.
- 2Set the air fryer to a temperature of 365°F (185°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
- 3Once the air fryer is preheated, add the seasoned tindora to the basket. Cook for 15 minutes at 365°F (185°C), shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
