Sweet Bread Balls/Rotti unda
This is a sweet snack made with bread and coconut.
Ingredients
- 3.5 cups Breadcrumbs (Take 10-15 bread slices and make crumbs using a mixer grinder.)
- 1 cup Coconut, grated
- 2 units Egg
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Vegetable oil

Instructions
- 1Place the breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl. You can use either wheat or white bread to make the crumbs.
- 2Beat the eggs and add them to the breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly to combine.
- 3Incorporate the sugar into the breadcrumb and egg mixture, mixing well.
- 4Add the grated coconut and cardamom powder to the mixture. Combine thoroughly.
- 5Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls using your hands.
- 6Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium flame. Fry the bread balls until they are golden brown.
- 7Serve the sweet bread balls hot, accompanied by tea or coffee.
