Ingredients

  • 1 cup Badam (Soak in hot water for 3-4 hours and peel before use)
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Condensed Milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pista/Badam Essence

Instructions

  1. 1Soak the Badam in hot water for 3-4 hours. Once soaked, peel off the skins and grind into a fine paste using a mixer grinder.
  2. 2In a pan, combine 2 cups of whole milk with sugar. Cook over medium flame for 5-10 minutes, allowing the milk to thicken.
  3. 3Stir in 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and 0.5 teaspoon of Pista/Badam essence into the thickened milk. Mix well to combine.
  4. 4Transfer the prepared Badam paste into the milk mixture. Stir thoroughly and cook for an additional 2 minutes before turning off the flame.
  5. 5Pour the Badam milk into serving glasses and enjoy this healthy drink with your loved ones.
