Vilepi
A healthy, thicker version of ayurvedic gruel.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Short-grain rice
- 4 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Black crushed pepper
- 3 units Fenugreek seeds

Instructions
- 1In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the short-grain rice and fenugreek seeds. Cook until the rice is very soft and begins to lose its shape.
- 2Stir in the salt and a pinch of black crushed pepper. Mix well to combine the flavors.
