Sun dried amla candy, a healthy ayurvedic snack made from Indian gooseberries, seasoned with salt and sugar, and sun-dried to perfection.
Ingredients
- 20-30 units Amla (Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis))

- 3Drain the amla pieces from the solution and spread them out in a single layer on a tray. Sun dry them for 3-6 days until they turn yellowish-brown.
