Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken stock (Can use homemade or readymade stock)
- 100 grams Chicken
- 50 grams Tomatoes
- 1 unit Carrot
- 4 units Spinach leaves (Only leaves)
- 25 grams Black mushroom
- 25 grams White mushrooms
- 25 grams Bamboo shoots
- 0.5 teaspoon Ajinomoto (MSG)
- 0.5 teaspoon White pepper
- 1 teaspoon Green chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
- 4 cups Water (For making chicken stock)

- 2Semi-cook all the vegetables and chicken, then cook them again in the chicken stock until they are well done.
- 3Incorporate all the salts and sauces into the soup and boil for 2 minutes.
- 4Mix cornflour with cold water and pour it into the soup, stirring continuously to thicken.
- 5Serve the soup hot, garnished with additional chilli sauce and soy sauce if desired.
