Finger Millet Ada (Ragi Ada)

Ingredients
- 2 cups Finger millet flour
- 1 cup Coconut, grated
- 2 units White onions
- 4 units Green chillies
- 3 sprigs Coriander leaves
- 3 sprigs Curry leaves
- 1 unit Banana leaves (Cut into four equal parts)
- 1 to taste Salt
- 1 as needed Water (To make dough)
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the finger millet flour, salt, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and grated coconut. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough.
- 2Divide the banana leaf into four equal parts. Spread a portion of the dough evenly on each piece of banana leaf.
- 3In an idli steamer, add water to the base. Place a flat vessel on top and arrange the banana leaves with the dough. Steam each Ada for 10 minutes, ensuring they are cooked one at a time.
