- 2 cups Cashews
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 0.75 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Ghee (Can substitute with clarified butter)

Instructions
- 1Using a grinder, process 2 cups of cashews into a fine powder.
- 2In a pan, combine 3/4 cup of water and 3/4 cup of sugar. Boil until it reaches a one-string consistency.
- 3Add the ground cashew powder to the sugar syrup. Stir continuously for 5 minutes.
- 4Add 2 tablespoons of ghee to the mixture and mix well. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- 5Transfer the mixture onto a flat surface. Use a spoon to shape it into a rectangle or square. Allow it to cool before cutting.
- 6Once cooled, cut the kaju katli into desired shapes using a knife. Serve and enjoy.
