Step 1
Boil the eggs for about 20 mins. Once the eggs are boiled, let it cool and peel it.
Step 2
To a pan, add oil, pounded garlic, thinly sliced onions and saute it. Saute the onions, until they change color.
Step 3
Now add the salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and chilli powder. Saute the masala powders until the raw smell goes. To this, add the slit eggs. Saute the eggs for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Now add the curry leaves and saute for 1 more minute. Spicy Egg Fry is ready.
