Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add green chillies and fry them for a while. Then add chopped onions.
Fry onions for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Once onions turns slightly brown, add tomatoes. Fry tomatoes till it turns soft.
Step 2
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and kitchen king masala or meat masala. Cook it for a minute on low flame. When this gets cooked, make scrambled eggs in a separate pan. Once it gets cooked add it to the onion-tomato masala mixture.
Add maggi taste maker. Mix it well. Then add 2-3 cups of water and stir well.
Step 3
Add maggi noodles and let it cook. Cover the pan and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Open the lid and stir it well. Then add chopped coriander leaves. Close the lid and cook for half a minute. Increase the flame to high and cook it for a few seconds.
Turn off the flame. Egg maggi masala is ready. Serve hot.
