Step 1
Marinate the chicken with items indicated below. Set aside for 1 hr. Finely chop the coriander and curry leaves and keep it for use later.
For Marination:
- Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder- 1.5 tsp
- Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt-1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Whisked Curd/ plain yogurt- 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice- 2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
Step 2
Heat oil and spread the marinated chicken uniformly on the pan. Sear on high to medium heat for 5 mins till uniformly browned.
Now reduce the heat to low and cover & cook for around 10 mins till chicken is tender. Remove the lid once halfway & give it a stir. Once the chicken is tender, remove the lid and add finely chopped coriander and curry leaves.
Give it a mix and fry on medium heat for 3-4 mins.
Serve it hot.
