Step 1
Take a mixing bowl and add chopped onions, tomatoes, green peppers, red peppers, green chillis, cilantro, pepper, salt and chaat masala. Then add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well with all these ingredients.
Step 2
Now take the 2 bread slices and spread the coriander chutney and mint chutney evenly on the slices.
Step 3
Now add some Maggi hot and sweet sauce on top of the bread and spread evenly over the chutney.
Step 4
Break the amul cheese slice into small pieces and evenly distribute it on the 2 bread slices.
Step 5
Now add the vegetable and cheddar cheese mixture from step 1 above onto the 2 bread slices. Spread all the contents evenly and now the bread pizza is ready to be cooked.
Step 6
Now heat a pan on medium heat and lightly grease with some butter. Once the butter is a little warm, place the 2 bread pizzas on the pan and keep covered.
Step 7
Let the bread pizza cook on the pan on a low - medium heat for 3-4 mins till the cheese has melted and the bread base is crispy.
Step 8
Now take the bread pizzas off the pan and cut into small bite size pieces. Serve with some ketchup on the side.
