For Airfry

you can reduce this to reduce the spice level.

Step 1
pre heat air frier to 375° for 15 minutes. Mix all ingredients inside "For Airfry" and add it to the air-fryer once ready.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and jeera to hit when hot.
Step 3
Add slit garlic, slit green chillies and curry leaves to the pan and fry till the garlic is golden brown.
Step 4
Add the air fried tindora to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for 5 mins.
Step 5
garnish with cilantro
