This is a very simple sprouted moong dal curry. Its one-pot and can also be made with regular moong dal curry.

soaked overnight

Step 1
Soak green moong beans overnight. Sprout them if you wish.
Step 2
Set Instant pot (IP) to saute mode. Add oil and when it heats up add cumin seeds and green chillies. Saute till the green chillies look done and then add ginger garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell goes
Step 3
The add onions and saute for a few mins. Once they are translucent, add tomatoes. Saute till they look mushy
Step 4
Add all masalas (masalas section) to this and saute for a minute. Add green moong and saute for a minute.
Step 5
Add water (enough to fill the contents) and salt. Set IP to manual mode for 6 minutes. Release pressure manually once its done.
Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
