Step 1
Beat the eggs with some salt and put it on a pan with oil. Scramble them softly on low flame. Once they are done, keep them aside.
Step 2
in the same pan add some oil and once oil is hot add cumin seeds and Curry leaves. Saute for sometime time till they look done and then add chopped onion. Saute for sometime till they are translucent.
Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes. Add tomatoes to this. Saute this for a few seconds. .
Step 4
Add all the masalas to this and salt. Stir well till all the tomatoes are all cooked.
Step 5
Once they are done, add the scrambled eggs to this and mix well. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
